摘要
凸轮顶料机构是压机常用的一种顶料形式,随着生产效率的提高,床行程数越来越高,静态分析与实际顶针的运动轨迹偏差越来越大,已无法满足设计要求。本文通过动力学分析,导出凸轮顶料机构的动态响应公式和运动曲线,得到更接近实际的运动轨迹,解决由于顶针定位不准造成的机械夹取工件失败等一系列问题。
The cam ejection mechanism is a commonly used ejection form of press.With the increase of production efficiency,the number of bed strokes is getting higher and higher.The deviation between the static analysis and the actual ejector pin movement trajectory is getting larger and larger,which can no longer meet the design.In the text,through dynamic analysis,the dynamic response formula and motion curve of the cam ejection mechanism have been derived to obtain the motion trajectory which is closer to the actual situation,which solves a series of problems such as the failure of the mechanical clamping of the work piece caused by the inaccurate positioning of the thimble.
