摘要 Wnt信号在多种组织及器官的病理及生理过程中发挥了重要的调节作用,随着对Wnt信号通路的深入研究,其在调控骨代谢的重要性受到了广泛的关注及认可。骨硬化蛋白是Wnt信号通路的抑制因子,其与LRP5/6受体结合从而对Wnt信号通路起到负调节作用。现对骨硬化蛋白在骨质疏松症中的作用及研究现况进行探讨。
