随着国家对环境保护和安全生产的要求不断提高,装置长周期安全运行越来越受到重视。针对硫化氢干法制酸装置各工段管道发生腐蚀的主要环境和现象,分析和探讨了引起管道腐蚀的原因,并从装置长周期安全运行角度出发,提出了各工段主要腐蚀环境下管道材料的选择建议,以提升了系统的可靠性,延长设备的使用寿命。

With increasingly rigorous state regulations on environmental protection and safe operation,higher attention is being paid to the lasting,safe operation of the plant.For the environmental issues related to the corrosion of pipes at various sections of the dry?process sulfuric acid plant from hydrogen sulfide feed,the root causes for the pipe corrosion are examined.And for lasting,safe operation of the plant,recommendations for the selection of material of construction for pipes in corrosive service at various sections are given,with the aim to improves the reliability of the system,and prolong the service life of the equipment.
