Effective Measures to Minimize Carbon Emission by Optimizing Operation Management of CO Unit

通过对扬子石化芳烃厂合成气车间一氧化碳装置产品CO放空较大的问题进行了较为系统的分析,从工艺流程、仪表、设备等多个角度加强CO装置平稳运行管理,降低CO产品排放火炬量,提高装置综合经济效益。

A systematic analysis is conducted for the issue of high CO product venting from the CO Unit of the syngas plant of Yangzi Petrochemical Company.Management efforts are ramped up to achieve stable operation of the CO Unit in process flow,instrumentation and mechanical aspects,which has reduced the volume of CO product venting via the flare,and increased the overall economic benefits of the unit.
