摘要
在当今石油资源短缺的背景下,甲醇制取低碳烯烃(DMTO)工业化技术对于实现我国“石油替代”战略,保证我国的能源安全具有十分重大的战略意义。介绍了陕西蒲城某DMTO装置的项目背景,主要阐述了3000 m^3丙烯球形储罐的施工过程,并总结了该储罐施工过程中的质量检验及质量控制要点。
Given the shortage of petroleum resources,the DICP methanol?to?olefins(DMTO)technology offers enormous significance for China’s“Oil Substitution”strategy and energy security.The project background of a DMTO Unit located in Pucheng,Shanxi Province is presented.The erection process for the 3,000 m^3 propylene spherical tank is outlined,and the quality inspection and control highlights during the tank erection is summarized.
