某催化裂化装置配套脱硫脱硝吸收塔塔壁腐蚀分析

摘要 针对某催化裂化装置配套增设再生烟气除尘脱硫脱硝装置吸收塔塔壁出现的腐蚀现象,从设计选材及结构形式、材料制造供货质量、现场施工安装、装置操作运行等不同角度,针对催化裂化装置配套再生烟气的特点,分析腐蚀产生的原因,并提出正确的处置措施,取得了良好的效果。正确选择脱硫脱硝吸收塔的材料和结构形式、合格的设备材料供货、优良的施工安装质量、规范的装置操作运行对避免脱硫脱硝吸收塔的腐蚀泄漏对装置安全稳定运行至关重要。催化裂化装置配套增设再生烟气除尘脱硫脱硝设施可以达到二氧化硫和氮氧化物等污染物减排责任目标。 For the corrosion occurred in the wall of an absorption tower in the regeneration flue gas DeSOx and DeNOx system in a catalytic cracking unit,root causes are analyzed in terms of designed material of construction,structure type,material manufacturing and supply quality,field erection,plant operation,among others,for the regeneration flue gas in the catalytic cracking unit,and correct disposal measures are recommended,which comes with satisfactory effects.It is crucial to select the correct material of construction and structure type for the DeSOx and DeNOx absorption tower,qualified equipment and material vendor,excellent erection quality,and standard plant operation in order to avoid impact on the safe and stable operation of the plant by corrosion leakage from the DeSOx and DeNOx absorption tower.The additional regeneration flue gas DeSOx and DeNOx facility for the catalytic cracking unit is able to achieve the emission reduction targets for pollutants like SO2 and NOx.
