摘要
中国大陆地区以随班就读和特殊班为主体,以特殊教育学校为骨干的特殊教育格局中,随班就读已经日渐成为特殊儿童安置的主要方式。随着融合教育的发展,特殊教育学校单一功能已经不能满足新形势的要求,特殊教育学校的职能必须转变。文章以民族地区W县特殊教育学校为例,采用个案研究法和访谈法进行资料收集与整理,了解该特殊教育学校在融合教育背景下发展历史、发展经验以及面临的挑战,分析其存在问题的原因,并对其在融合教育背景下发展的定位与职能转型提出了建议。
In the China's Mainland region, with special classes and special classes as the main body, and with special education schools as the backbone, special classes have gradually become the main method of placement for special children. With the development of integrated education, the single function of special education schools can no longer meet the requirements of the new situation, and the functions of special education schools must be transformed. Based on this background, this study takes W county special education schools in ethnic areas as an example, uses case studies and interviews to collect and organize data, and understands the development history, development experience and challenges of the special education school in the context of integrated education, analyze the reasons for its problems, and put forward suggestions on its positioning and function transformation in the context of integrated education.
