摘要
个别化转衔计划是一项帮助特殊人群过渡到新一阶段学习、生活或工作的重要支持服务,文章基于近十年SSCI数据库刊载的文献对该问题进行关键词频统计和内容分析。研究发现:个别化转衔计划研究重视学生自主参与和自我决定,关注计划本身的合规性和质量,常使用混合研究范式和循证实践研究范式。通过对国外特殊人群的个别化转衔计划研究的综述,给我们在个别化转衔计划研究的主题、内容和方法上带来启示。
The individualized transition plan(ITP) is a support service to help special groups transfer to study, life or work. The study is based on the SSCI database for the past ten years. The study finds that researches about ITPs emphasize students’ independent participation and self-determination, pay attention to the compliance and quality of the plan itself, and mainly use the mixed research paradigm and the evidence-based practice research paradigm. Through the review of the research on the ITPs of foreign special groups, we will bring inspirations on the themes, contents and methods of the ITPs.
