区块链金融的发展演进、突出难题与提升路径

Study on the Development,Problems and Ways of Improvement of Blockchain Finance

区块链技术与金融的融合发展已成为全球经济发展的新动能。面对这一全新的经济发展方式,有必要从理论上系统厘清区块链金融的发展演进、面临的突出难题与提升路径等基本问题。从区块链技术与金融融合的逻辑内涵出发,认识到区块链与新金融之间是技术内核与应用载体的表里关系。通过全面分析当前我国区块链金融的发展现状与演进趋势,发现区块链金融的创新实践面临着技术监管难度大、服务管理更新难、法律合规风险高、信息安全保障弱、金融稳定性能低等突出难题。研究认为从强化制度保障、提高技术监管、创新人才培育、健全法治规范、搞好环境优化等方面设计区块链金融稳健发展的提升路径,有助于进一步释放区块链金融的正向效应。

The integration of blockchain technology and finance has become a new drive for global economic development. Facing this new mode of economic development, it is necessary to systematically clarify the basic issues about the development, outstanding problems and promotion path of the blockchain finance. Starting from the logical connotation of blockchain technology and financial integration, it is recognized that the blockchain and finance are the relationship between the technology core and the application carrier;through a comprehensive analysis of the current development and evolution trend of China’s blockchain finance. We find that blockchain finance is faced with some outstanding problems, such as the difficulty of technical supervision, the difficulty of service management updating, the high risk of legal compliance, the weakness of information security, the low performance of financial stability, etc. We think that blockchain finance should be constructed from the aspects of strengthening system guarantee,improving technical supervision, cultivating innovative talents, improving legal norms, and optimizing environment. These measures will help release the positive effects of blockchain finance.
