摘要
为了掌握食品中沙门氏菌的定量检测方法,对比不同种类培养基对食品中沙门氏菌定量检验结果的差异,参考国家权威部门提供的乳粉中沙门氏菌标准物质定值实施方案及GB 4789.4-2016《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验沙门氏菌检验》的要求对3份沙门氏菌标准物质样品进行沙门氏菌的定量检测。结果显示,使用XLD培养基和沙门显色培养基,在没有其他干扰菌的情况下,均可对沙门氏菌进行有效的计数。
In order to master the quantitative detection method of Salmonella in food and compare the results of different kinds of culture media for the quantitative detection of Salmonella in food,refer to the implementation plan of the value determination of Salmonella in milk powder provided by the national authority and GB 4789.4-2016 National Food Safety Standard-Food Microbiological Examination:Salmonella,three samples of reference materials of Salmonella were detected quantitatively.The results showed that using XLD medium and Salmonella chromogenic medium could count Salmonella effectively without other interfering bacteria.
