基于名录统计的壮族非物质文化遗产保护传承研究

On the Protection and Inheritance of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Zhuang Nationality Based on List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage

壮族是中国人口最多的少数民族,其非物质文化遗产代表着壮族的生命记忆和活态的文化基因,对壮族非物质文化遗产进行保护和传承对于维护中华民族文化的多样性具有重要作用。壮族非物质文化遗产的保护和传承工作尽管取得了一定的成效,但由于受现代化进程加快、外来文化冲击、生存环境变迁、传承人断代等因素影响,当前壮族非遗保护与传承工作仍面临着多重阻碍。通过对国家级、省(自治区)级非遗名录,国家级非遗项目代表性传承人名单中壮族部分进行统计,对壮族非遗保护传承工作现状进行分析,提出加强普查力度,实行区域联动,加强传承人队伍建设,充分发挥功效助推扶贫工作等路径,以增强壮族非遗保护和传承的功能和效度,达到活态保护、可持续发展的目的。

Zhuang Nationality is one of minorities with the most population in China.Its intangible cultural heritage is a kind of the entire national memory and living cultural gene.The protection and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage of the Zhuang Nationality is of great significant for the maintain of the cultural diversity of Chinese Nation.In spite of the fact that there are some achievements in the protection and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage of the Zhuang Nationality,he protection and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage of the Zhuang Nationality have many obstacles.Based upon the analysis of the intangible cultural heritage list at provincial and national levels,a series of measures are put forward:strengthening investigation into the intangible cultural heritage in Guangxi,regional cooperation,strengthening the construction of inheritors and promoting poverty alleviation through the protection and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage of the Zhuang Nationality,aiming to enhance the function and validity of the Zhuang Nationality intangible cultural heritage protection and inheritance and to realize the purpose of active protection and sustainable development.
