早期活髓隐裂牙患者应用高嵌体和全瓷冠修复的效果比较

Effect of High Inlay and All-ceramic Crown on Restoration of Early Living Cracked Teeth

目的探究早期活髓隐裂牙患者应用高嵌体和全瓷冠修复的效果。方法选取苏州口腔医院2014年1月至2019年1月收治的80例早期活髓隐裂牙患者,根据患者病例尾数单双号分为对照组和治疗组,各40例。对照组接受二氧化锆全瓷冠修复治疗,治疗组接受铸瓷高嵌体修复治疗。统计术后2组修复效果、患者满意度及疼痛评分。结果治疗组牙体修复总有效率97.50%,高于对照组牙体修复总有效率82.50%(P<0.05);治疗组对牙体修复的满意度95.00%,高于对照组满意度77.50%(P<0.05);治疗后2组疼痛评分均出现下降,且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高嵌体修复治疗早期活髓隐裂牙效果显著,对于患者咀嚼功能的提升,牙齿疼痛情况的改善,牙体组织的保留具有非常大的帮助。

Objective To investigate the effect of high inlay and all-ceramic crown restoration in patients with early vitiligo.Methods Totally 80 patients with early living pulp cleft teeth admitted to Suzhou stomatological hospital from January 2014 to January 2019 were divided into control group and treatment group according to the number of patients'admission number.The control group received zirconia all ceramic crown restoration,and the treatment group received porcelain casting high inlay restoration.The restoration effect,atient satisfaction and pain score of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.50%,which was higher than that of the control group(82.50%)(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of the treatment group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(77.50%,P<0.05);after treatment,the pain scores of the two groups decreased,and the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of inlay restoration on the treatment of early vitiligo is obvious,which is very helpful for the improvement of chewing function,the improvement of tooth pain and the retention of tooth tissue.
