天麻半夏方联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗前庭性偏头痛的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Tianma Banxia Prescription Combined with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsule in Treatment of Patients with Vestibular Migraine

目的探讨天麻半夏方联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗前庭性偏头痛的临床效果。方法选取2016年11月至2018年10月江苏省如东县中医院脑病科收治的94例前庭性偏头痛患者,中医诊断为风痰阻络证,采用简单随机分组方法分为3组。西药组31例,予以盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊;中药组31例,予以天麻半夏方随证加减;联合组32例,予以天麻半夏方随证加减联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊。疗程均为2周。比较3组治疗前后中医证候评分,评价疗效,统计不良反应发生率。结果中药组治疗后中医证候积分低于西药组,治疗总有效率高于西药组;联合组治疗后中医证候积分低于西药组和中药组,治疗总有效率高于西药组和中药组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组用药期间均未见不良反应发生。结论天麻半夏方随证加减治疗前庭性偏头痛效果确切,联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊可进一步提高治疗效果,安全性好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tianma Banxia Prescription(TBP)Combined with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsule on patients with vestibular migraine.Methods From November 2016 to October 2018,94 patients with vestibular migraine diagnosed as Chinese medicine(CM)syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals in the Department of Encephalopathy,Rudong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into 3 groups.Thirty-one cases in the Western medicine(WM)group were treated with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsule,31 cases in the CM group were treated with TBP,and 32 cases in the combined group were treated with TBP and Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsule.The treatment course was 2 weeks.The CM syndrome scores before and after treatment were compared among the three groups.The clinical effect and incidence of adverse reaction of the three groups were evaluated.Results After treatment,the CM syndrome score of the CM group was lower than that of the WM group,and the total effective rate was higher than that of the WM group.The CM syndrome score of the combined group was lower than that of the WM group and CM group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the WM group and CM group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were observed in the 3 groups.Conclusion TBP was effective in the treatment of vestibular migraine.TBP combined with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsule can further improve the therapeutic effect with a high safetyt.
