硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊对阴道炎患者微循环及TH1/TH2细胞水平影响

Effects of Nifurtyl soft Vaginal Capsule of Mycin on Microcirculation and TH1/TH2 cell Level in Vaginitis Patients

目的探究硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊对阴道炎患者微循环及辅助型T细胞1/辅助型T细胞2(TH1/TH2)细胞水平影响。方法回顾性分析常州市妇幼保健院门诊妇科2018年6月至12月就诊的80例阴道炎患者临床资料,按治疗方法不同分为对照组(甲硝唑凝胶治疗)和观察组(硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗),各40例,2组均治疗14 d。比较治疗前后TH1/TH2细胞因子水平和微循环指标;比较2组治疗过程中不良反应发生情况;比较2组出院后1个月、2~3个月的复发情况。结果与治疗前比,治疗后2组血清IL-2、INF-γ水平及毛细血管管径、血流灌注、红细胞聚集率、水肿率均降低,且观察组低于对照组;治疗后2组血清IL-4、IL-10水平均上升,且观察组高于对照组。治疗过程中,观察组不良反应总发生率2.50%低于对照组22.50%,(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组总复发率(10.00%)低于对照组(32.50%)(均P<0.05)。结论硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊可降低阴道炎患者TH1细胞因子水平和微循环指标,提高TH2细胞因子水平,且复发率较低,安全性高。

Objective To explore the effects of nifurtyl soft vaginal capsule of mycin on microcirculation and TH1/TH2 cell level in vaginitis patients.Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 80 patients with vaginitis who visited the department of gynecology in the outpatient department of changzhou maternal and child health hospital from June to December 2018.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the control group(metronidazole gel treatment)and the observation group(nifurtyl-based vaginal soft capsule treatment),with 40 cases in each group,and both groups were treated for 14 days.The levels of TH1/TH2 cytokines and microcirculation indexes were compared before and after treatment.The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was compared between the two groups.The relapses of the two groups at 1 month and 2 to 3 months after discharge were compared.Results After treatment,the serum levels of IL-2,INF-γ,capillary diameter,blood perfusion,erythrocyte aggregation rate and edema rate of the two groups decreased compared with before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group;After treatment,the serum levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group.During the treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(2.50%)was lower than that in the control group(22.50%).After treatment,the total recurrence rate of the observation group(10.00%)was lower than that of the control group(32.50%)(all P<0.05).Conclusion Nifurtyl soft vaginal capsule of mycin can reduce TH1 cytokine level and microcirculation index in vaginitis patients,improve TH2 cytokine level,and the recurrence rate is low,and the safety is high.
