高性能软质材料的耐切割性能

摘要 为研究高性能纤维软质材料的耐切割性能,选用不同规格的试样进行滚动和滑动切割测试,分析了纤维类型、材料结构、叠层密度和切割方式对耐切割性能的影响。结果表明:试样的叠层密度与耐切割性能呈正相关,密度越大,耐切割性能越高;碳纤维机织斜纹试样体现出的耐切割性能远远不及芳纶或者超高分子量聚乙烯纤维材料;在面积、密度和结构相同的条件下,超高分子量聚乙烯纤维所制备的试样比芳纶所制备的试样更具有耐切割性;超高分子量聚乙烯纤维无纺布相比无纬布和针织纬平针织物具有更为优异的性能。 In order to study the cut resistance of flexible material made of high-performance fibers,rolling and sliding culling tests are performed on various types of fabrics.The effect of fiber type,fabric construction,panel areal density and cutting methods on cut resistance is analyzed.The results show that cut resistance improves with the increase in panel areal density.Plain weave made of carbon multi-filaments exhibit inferior performance compared with those of ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene and Kevlar■fabrics.In addition,under the same conditions of area,density and structure,ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene fabrics are more resistant against cutting than Kevlar■fabric.Nonwoven construction features better performance compared with cross-plied unidirectional fabric.
