城乡关系研究的演变逻辑与评析

Research and Evaluation about Urban-rural Relationship

城乡关系作为人类社会最基本、最重要的关系之一,从某种意义上讲,城乡关系处理的好坏直接关系到一国或一个地区的现代化进程是否顺利。中华人民共和国成立以来,我国在经历了制度性二元结构、市场性二元结构等多种形态后进入城乡融合发展的新阶段。梳理国外城乡关系的研究,探寻城乡关系演进的内在的逻辑和内在的机理,并对影响城乡关系演进的体制机制和政策体系进行评析,对我国推进城乡关系的融合发展有着重要的借鉴意义。

As one of the most fundamental and important relationships in human society, the urban-rural relationship is directly related to the realization of the modernization of a country or a region. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949, we had gone through many forms of the urban-rural relationship, such as the institutional diadactic structure and the market-based diadactic structure. Now, China has entered a new stage of integrated urban and rural development. It is of great referential significance to promote the integrated development of rural-urban relations in China to sort out foreign researches on rural-urban relations, to explore the internal logic and internal mechanism of the evolution of rural-urban relations, and to evaluate the institutional mechanism and policy system that affect the evolution of rural-urban relations.
