资源型企业转型路径研究——基于四家企业的案例研究 被引量:11

摘要 为明确资源型企业的转型路径,摆脱企业陷入"资源陷阱",研究在不同学者的理论基础上,利用企业生命周期理论将资源型企业的转型阶段划分为五个阶段,采用多案例研究的方法,对四个通过实施企业战略转型提升企业可持续发展的成功案例进行剖析,从企业不同转型阶段的困境与策略,验证了"五阶段"转型过程的实践性与可行性,并分析了资源型企业的转型路径,得出产业结构调整,管理模式转变,企业技术创新协同发展的内生型(企业迭代)与行业转型的外生型(企业转轨)转型路径。为实现企业的成功转型,资源型企业在转型过程中面对问题的主要策略为:实行绿色经济模式、产业链精细延伸、注重科技人员培养、管理模式现代化等,为中国资源型企业提升竞争力,加快实现由传统发展模式向新型工业化发展模式转变做出突出贡献,对资源型企业转型路径选择与实施路径创新提供重要启示。 The purpose of this study is to clarify the transformation path of resource-based enterprises and avoid falling into the"resource trap". On the basis of the theoretical research of different scholars, this paper divides the transformation process of resource-based enterprises into five stages according to the theory of enterprise life cycle. Using the method of multi-case study, this paper analyzes four successful cases which promot the sustainable development through the implementation of enterprise strategic transformation and verifies the practicality and feasibility of the "five-stage" transformation process according to the dilemmas and strategies of different enterprise transformation stages. At the same time, this paper obtains two paths of enterprise transformation, one is endogenous(Enterprise Iteration), the other is exogenous(Enterprise Transition). Endogenous transformation refers to the adjustment of industrial structure, the transformation of management mode and the coordinated development of technological innovation of enterprises. Exogenous transformation refers to industry transformation. The main strategies to achieve the successful transformation are: Implementing a green economy model, extending a fine industrial chain, focusing on the training of scientific and technical personnel, modernization of management models,etc. This paper is dedicated to improving the competitiveness of resource-based enterprises in China, providing important inspiration for accelerating the transformation from the traditional model to the new industrialization model and for the path selection and path innovation of resource-based enterprises.
