摘要 为了研究10批当归挥发油指纹图谱与体外抗氧化活性之间的谱效关系,揭示当归挥发油抗氧化活性的物质基础,采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS柱型号:HP-5MS)建立了10批当归挥发油指纹图谱;用清除1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)、2,2-联氮-二(3-乙基-苯并噻唑-6-磺酸)二铵盐(ABTS)自由基的方法,研究了当归挥发油体外抗氧化能力;采用灰色关联度分析和偏最小二乘回归分析法,研究了GC-MS色谱指纹图谱和抗氧化作用的谱效关系。结果表明,当归挥发油体外抗氧化活性是其内部多种成分共同作用的结果,结合灰色关联度和偏最小二乘回归分析初步确定了当归挥发油中各化学成分对体外抗氧化能力贡献较大的化合物为Z-藁本内酯、别罗勒烯、6-丁基-1,4-环庚二烯、丁烯基苯酞和α-蒎烯等。初步探讨了当归挥发油中具有体外抗氧化能力的药效成分。 In order to study the spectral relationship between the fingerprints of 10 batches of Angelica sinensis volatile oil and the antioxidant activity in vitro, the material basis of the antioxidant activity of Angelica sinensis volatile oil was revealed. Establishment of 10 batches of angelica volatile oil fingerprints by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS);Removal of 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl, 2, 2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid). Study on the Antioxidant ability of angelica volatile oil in vitro by free radical method;Study on the spectral relationship between GC-MS chromatographic fingerprints and antioxidants by grey correlation analysis and partial least squares regression analysis. The results showed that the antioxidant activity of the volatile oil of Angelica sinensis was the result of the interaction of various internal components. Combining the grey correlation degree and partial least squares regression analysis, it was preliminarily determined that the compounds whose chemical constituents in angelica oleifera volatile oil contributed a lot to the antioxidant capacity in vitro were trans-ligustilide, 1(3H)-isobenzofuranone, 2,4,6-octatriene 2,6-dimethyl-,(E,Z)-, 6-butyl-1,4-cycloheptadiene and(1R)-2,6,6-Trimethylbicyclo[3.1.1]. The pharmacodynamic components of angelica oleifera volatile oil with in vitro antioxidant capacity were preliminarily discussed.
