广东省科技计划项目全流程管理中申报与立项数据的关联分析

Correlation between project application data and project approval data in the whole management process of scientific projects in Guangdong Province

从立项成功率、项目承担单位、研究项目所属类型等角度对广东省2014-2018年科技计划项目中申报与立项阶段产生的相关数据进行关联分析,总结了近5年内广东省立项成功项目的特征。从立项的单位看,企业立项数目相对较少,但支持力度大;高校及科研机构立项数目庞大且普适性较高,但支持力度较小。从整体立项率趋势看,近几年广东省的项目立项成功率变化幅度逐渐趋于平稳,但呈现出下降的趋势。从项目类型看,协同创新与平台环境建设是继续支持的重点领域,其次是重点领域研发计划,前沿与关键技术创新立项成功率在逐年降低。从研究方向看,广东省对于生物医学的相关研究极为重视,是该地区的重点支持领域。

The correlation between project application data and project approval data in the whole management process of scientific projects in Guangdong Province from 2014 to 2018 was analyzed in aspects of the success rate of approved projects,institutions undertaking the projects,and types of projects with the characteristics of approved projects in Guangdong Province from 2014 to 2018 summarized,which showed that the number of approved projects in enterprises is relatively small while their support strength is great,the general adaptability of higher education and scientific research institutions with more approved projects is relatively high while the number of approved projects with a relatively small support strength is great,the success rate of approved projects did not change greatly in the past few years and has become stable in recent 2 years with a trend to decrease,the construction of cooperative innovation and platform environment will continue to support the key fields and their research programs,the success rate of innovative projects in frontier and key technologies is decreasing year by year,the research in biomedical sciences to which close attention has been paid by Guangdong Province is thus the key sported field.
