卫气“行于脉外”历史局限性探析

Discussion on Historical Limitation of “Defensive Qi Flowing outside the Vessel”

卫气是指主管防卫、抗御外邪的气,卫气相关理论主要基于气化学说,是中医气化学说的重要组成部分。卫气"行于脉外"说法的产生有其特殊的历史背景,亦受历史条件所限,司外揣内的认知方法是《内经》卫气"行于脉外"认识产生的主要原因。时至今日,随着临床实践和科学事实的不断积累与进展,对于卫气的认识亦应逐渐补充、完善和修正。或者,卫气不只"行于脉外",它也运行于"血脉之中"。

Defensive qi in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) refers to the qi in charge of defending and resisting external evil qi. It is an important part of the theory of qi transformation in TCM. On the origin of the statement,that "defensive qi flowing outside the vessel",there is the special historical background. Limited by this historical background,observing the outside to understand the inside is the cognitive method for physicians of Internal Classic time to obtain the concept that "defensive qi flowing outside the vessel". To this day,with the progress of clinical practice and accumulation of scientific knowledge,the understanding of defensive qi should be gradually supplemented,improved and revised. Defensive qi flows not only "outside the vessel",but also "inside the vessel".
