Experience of Professor LEI Genping on Treating Renal Systemic Dysentery with Grand Compound Prescriptions

介绍雷根平教授应用大复方治疗慢性肾炎综合征及慢性尿潴留等疾病的经验,探讨大复方在肾系顽疾中的应用。雷教授认为应用大复方治疗肾系顽疾,需抓住"虚实相因"的基本病机,即虚证与实证病机同时存在、互为因果,结合患者临床表现,辨清主次,量体化裁,以"主证重调,整体微调"为治则,治法上脾肾同调、多法兼施。同时主张慢性病的收效关键在于守方,但也要注意中病即止。

The experience of Professor LEI Genping on treating chronic nephritic syndrome and chronic urinary retention with grand compound prescriptions was introduced,and the application of compound prescriptions in refractory renal disease was discussed. Professor LEI holds that during treating the refractory renal disease with grand formula,the basic disease mechanism is the inter-cause of insufficiency and excess,i.e.,the insufficiency pattern and excessive pattern exits together and inter-cause,which should be grasped. On the clinical manifestations,the primary and secondary should be distinguished to give personalized treatment.The principle of treatment is to focus on the main syndromes and with minor adjustment. On treatment methods,spleen and kidney should be treated together with multiple methods. Besides,Professor LEI holds that the key to the effective treatment of chronic diseases is to continuing prescription,but stopping medication right after disease cured also should be emphasized.
