摘要
简单介绍了保险杠在静电喷涂过程中出现尖角滴漆不良的主要原因、品质影响及常见的返修工艺,并从涂料、机器人喷涂轨迹、静电引流等多方面对尖角位滴漆不良的解决方案进行探讨验证。结果表明:涂料及机器人喷涂轨迹两种优化方案均存在一定的局限性,静电引流能够很好地平衡滴漆与橘皮之间的矛盾,使得尖角滴漆不良得到有效解决。
The main reasons for the paint gathering problem in the sharp corner of the bumper during electrostatic painting process,the quality impact and the common rework process are introduced.The solutions in the sharp corner are discussed and verified especially from the paint,robot painting path,electrostatic drainage of the solutions to the problem of paint gathering problem.The result showed that both paint and robot painting path had certain limitations,electrostatic drainage could balance the contradiction between the paint and the orange peel well,so that the paint gathering problem in the sharp corner was effectively solved.
