摘要
花生是我国主要的油料作物和经济作物之一,近年来随着土地的流转,花生种植面积不断增加,花生收获机械的应用日趋广泛,其中分段式收获方式逐渐成为主流。目前国内已知的花生捡拾摘果机智能化水平低、舒适性差、劳动强度大、作业效率低,不能满足生产需求,制约了花生的生产发展。针对花生捡拾摘果机存在的一些缺点,设计了一种智能化花生捡拾摘果机,集成应用了液压驱动与控制技术、地面仿形自动控制技术、北斗导航系统、作业状态在线监测与诊断等技术,可为花生捡拾摘果机的研制提供借鉴和参考。
Peanut is one of the main oil crops and cash crops in China.With the circulation of land in recent years,the area of peanut cultivation has been increasing,and the use of peanut harvesting machinery has become increasingly widespread.The method of segmented harvesting has gradually become the mainstream.At present,the known peanut picker in China has low intelligence level,poor comfort,high labor intensity,and low operating efficiency,which cannot meet the production needs,restricting the production and development of peanuts.In view of the shortcomings of the peanut picker,an intelligent peanut picker was designed,which integrated hydraulic drive and control technology,ground profiling automatic control technology,Beidou navigation system,and online monitoring and diagnosis of operating conditions.It can provide reference for the development of peanut picker.
