摘要
以城市轨道车辆为整体,运用HyperMesh建立整车有限元模型,在ANSYS环境中进行强度分析。采用子模型技术,切割车下焊接结构危险部位,提取关键工况边界条件,基于DVS1608标准实现了车下焊接结构的疲劳强度评估。结果表明,安装座的疲劳强度满足设计要求。
Taking the urban rail vehicle as a whole,HyperMesh is used to build the finite element model of the whole vehicle,and the strength analysis is carried out in the ANSYS environment.The sub-model technology is used to cut the dangerous parts of the welded structure under the vehicle and extract the boundary conditions of the key working conditions.Fatigue strength evaluation of underframe welded structure is implemented based on DVS1608 standard.The results show that the fatigue strength of the mount meets the design requirements.
