基于NX/Open的车身结构断面设计方法

Design Method of Body Structure Section Based on NX/Open

在车身开发过程中,断面设计是关键环节,需要进行大量的断面修改与调整工作。为提高断面设计效率与质量,提出建立成熟标杆车结构主断面数据库,并将简化数据利用向量表示法实现断面线表示,然后提出断面设计评价方案,最后基于NX/Open开发工具以成熟标杆车断面进行验证。实例表明,该方法可实现快速设计车身结构断面与细节修改,提高车身设计效率和质量。

Section design is the key part of car body design,lots of section modification and adjustment work needs to do in this part.Drawing sections takes a lot of development time in the traditional way.In order to improve the efficiency and quality of section design,this paper proposes to establish the database of main section of mature benchmarking vehicle structure.Secondly,the structure section line was represented by using the data of section simplification based on the method of vector.Then the evaluation method for section design was proposed.Finally,the benchmarking car section was taken as an example for the test based on the NX/OPEN.Results show that the method can achieve rapid design and modification of the body structure section,greatly improves the design efficiency and the quality of the body.
