摘要
随着大功率气体发动机应用范围的扩大,有效控制其工况至关重要。针对基于有限状态机理论的工况调度和起动控制策略进行研究,通过设计工况转换、起动拖转供气判定条件、起动暖机策略、起动燃气供给量计算等,并在模型仿真成功的基础上,将策略一键式烧入到底层硬件中。在试验台上通过CANape的标定界面来对策略中的参数进行测量与标定,通过调节水温、节气门开度和转速等值,来观测相应输出的变化情况,从而验证了策略的逻辑性和准确性,并为工程应用提供一定的参考。
With the expansion of application range of heavy-duty CNG engine,it is very important to effectively control the operating conditions.Therefore,this paper studies the operating condition scheduling and starting control strategy based on the theory of finite state machine,designs the operating condition conversion,starting and dragging air supply judgment conditions,starting warm-up strategy,starting gas supply calculation,etc.,and on the basis of successful model simulation,downloads the strategy into the underlying hardware.The parameters in the strategy are measured and calibrated through the calibration interface of CANape on the test bench,and the changes in the corresponding output are observed by adjusting the water temperature,throttle opening and rotational speed equivalence,thus verifying the logic and accuracy of the strategy and providing certain reference for engineering applications.
