摘要
轴流式通风机被广泛应用于国民经济的各大领域。在思考如何能够设计和制造出更高效率、更加节能以及高效工作区更大的轴流式通风机时,CFD(计算流体力学)技术应运而生。鉴于此,以最为常见的轴流式通风机为例,利用Icepak仿真软件对轴流式通风机进行气动数值模拟。直接对简化修复后的通风机三维模型进行数值分析,可以即时查看通风机叶片的速度矢量图和流经通风机叶片的真实迹线分布等结果,为设计人员进行通风机模型的进一步优化提供了验证。
Axial fans are widely used in all major areas of the national economy.CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)technology emerges when we think about how to design and manufacture axial flow fans with higher efficiency,more energy saving and more efficient working area.Taking the most common axial flow fan for example,use Icepak simulation software to carry out aerodynamic numerical simulation of the axial flow fan.By using direct numerical analysis of three-dimensional model of fan after simplified repair,the speed vector result and the real trace distribution of the fan blade can be instantly observed.Adequate verification is provided for the designer to further optimize the fan model.
