摘要
以某型立式加工中心机床床身为研究对象,基于有限元方法,以床身结构的前3阶特征频率和静刚度之和为优化目标,对机床床身进行拓扑优化,得到新的床身结构。研究结果表明:通过拓扑优化得出的机床床身结构较原型床身,在床身质量略有下降的情况下,最大变形量与床身前3阶特征频率均有显著提升,验证了拓扑优化方法运用在床身结构设计中的可行性。
Taking a machine bed of a vertical machining center as the research objective,based on the finite element analysis,the machine bed is topology optimized with the sum of the first 3-order characteristic frequency and the static stiffness of the machine bed structure as the objective to design the new structure of machine bed.According to the results,the maximum displacement and the first 3-order of characteristic frequency of machine bed after being optimized have been significantly improved,while the mass of machine bed structure has decreased slightly,compared to the original structure of machine bed.It illustrates that the feasibility of topology optimization method in the design of machine bed structure is verified.
