世界自然遗产视角下的中国国家沙漠公园准入标准存在的问题及对策研究

Study on the Problems and Strategies Concerning Admission Criteria of National Desert Park in China from World Heritage Perspective

国家沙漠公园是我国生态文明建设的重要组成部分,是国家公园体制建设中最具发展潜力的领域之一。世界自然遗产是受到国际认可,经过严苛审查和筛选后确立的自然区域。文章介绍了我国世界自然遗产和国家沙漠公园发展现状,对世界自然遗产突出普遍价值以及我国国家沙漠公园的准入标准进行对比分析,总结出我国国家沙漠公园在边界划定、科学价值、水资源承载力评估、空间布局等方面出现的问题,并提出相应的对策和建议,为推动我国国家沙漠公园的健康持续发展提供参考。

National desert park is an important part of China’s ecological civilization program,and is one of the most promising areas in the institutional construction of the national park system.World Natural Heritage are natural areas that are commonly accepted by the international community and identified after rigorous examination and screening.This paper introduces the current situation of China’s World Natural Heritage and national desert parks,and makes a comparative analysis of the outstanding universal value of World Natural Heritage and the admission criteria of China’s national desert parks to summarize the problems of China’s national desert parks in areas such as boundary demarcation,scientific research values,assessment of water resources carrying capacity,and spatial layout.The paper also puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for promoting sustainable and sound growth of China’s national desert parks.
