摘要
本文以安息香为起始原料,采用廉价环境友好的氧化剂三氯化铁、醋酸和水为溶剂,制备得到二苯乙二酮;然后,用PEG-600为相转移催化剂,氢氧化钠以滴加的形式缓慢加入,制得的二苯乙二酮。最后苯妥英与氢氧化钠水溶液反应,得到大仑丁,总收率79.5%。该合成方法,具试剂绿色环保,后处理方法简单且收率高,具有工业化生产前景。
The title was prepared from benzoin via oxidation,cyclization and salt formation.Ferric chloride were used as friendly oxidant to prepare diphenylacetophenone.PEG-600 was used as the phase transfer catalyst,and sodium hydroxide was added drop by drop to prepare diphenylacetophenone.Finally,phenytoin reacts with sodium hydroxide to get phenytoin sodium.The total yield is 79.5%.This synthesis method has the advantages of simple operation and high yield,It is suitable for industrial production.
