摘要 “课程思政”是一种课程设置理念的革新,其有两大目标:育人成材和政治引领。课程思政建设要在把握正确政治方向的基础上,尊重高等职业教育与其他教育类型的差异性,充分发挥高职专业教师的育人功能,建设一支有担当精神、有育人能力、有育人方法的师资队伍。落实“因材施教”育人方法,建设高质量团队,是推进课程思政建设的有效途径。 “Curriculum ideology and politics”is a kind of innovation of curriculum design concept.Its connotation has two major goals:cultivating talents and political guidance.The construction of curriculum ideology and politics should grasp the correct political orientation on the basis of respecting the differences of higher vocational education and other education types,give full play to the higher vocational teachers’professional education function,build a teacher group with strong professional teaching ability.To build a good quality team and carry out the“according to their aptitude”education method is a effective way to improve the construction of the curriculum.
