低频振动负荷训练对人体膝关节肌肉力量作用效果的实验研究

摘要 近几年振动负荷训练颇受关注,众多学者对振动负荷训练的研究也硕果累累,取得了不菲的成绩。但在振动负荷训练中对低频振动的效果研究相对较少,大部分研究主要集中在35Hz以上的中高频率。因此为探讨低频振动负荷训练对人体膝关节肌肉力量的作用效果。文章以22名非体育专业男生作为实验对象,分别进行有附加低频振动和无附加振动形式对膝关节屈伸肌力量练习进行对比实验研究。研究方法主要采用全能型PowerPIate Pr05 AIR振动器使用纵波在振动频率30Hz,振动幅度3mm的低频情况下利用膝关节“向心-离心”循环测量方法,用等速肌力测试系统分别采集实验对象在60°/s和120°/s膝关节的向心和离心收缩工作状态时的力矩峰值和平均功率数据。通过对结果进行分析表明,膝关节屈伸肌肉在附加低频振动负重蹲练习训练后能够更有效的促进膝关节肌肉在向心和离心工作状态下的最大收缩能力和快速收缩能力,并在一定程度上加强了膝关节伸肌群的能力储备。 In recent years,the vibration load training has attracted much attention,and many scholars have made great achievements in the research of vibration load training,and have achieved good results.However,the research on the effect of low frequency vibration in vibration load training is relatively small,most of the research mainly focused on the high frequency of 35Hz.Therefore,in order to explore the effect of low frequency vibration load training on the muscle strength of the knee joint.In this paper,22 non physical education students were used as the experimental subjects,and the experimental study was carried out to compare the strength of flexion and extension muscle of knee joint in the form of additional low frequency vibration and no additional vibration.The research method mainly adopts the universal PowerPIate Pr05 AIR vibrator using longitudinal wave in vibration frequency 30Hz,vibration amplitude of 3mm low frequency under the condition of the knee joint“centripetal centrifugal circulation”measurement method,collect experimental objects in concentric and eccentric contraction of the working state of 60~/s and 120~/s of the knee when the peak torque and average power data respectively using isokinetic testing system.Through analysis of the results showed that the knee flexion and extension muscle training in the squat exercise after loading additional low frequency vibration can more effectively promote knee maximal muscle contraction ability in concentric and eccentric condition and rapid contraction ability,and strengthen the knee extensor ability reserve in a certain extent.
