高校田径教师教学胜任力素质研究——基于AHP的YAAHP软件实现 被引量:6

摘要 本研究通过行为事件访谈法及德尔菲法对指标选取、筛选及确定,运用层次分析法(AHP)对模型进行实证检验及权重计算,建立了高校田径教师教学胜任力素质体系。研究发现:(1)在胜任力经典模型“冰山模型”参考及AHP的YAAHP软件实现下,构建了包含5项一级指标、15项二级指标、38项三级指标的高校田径教师胜任力素质体系;(2)以促进高校田径教师业务水平提高,指导高校田径教师教学能力发展实践,对进一步推进素质教育和体育教师教学工作的专业化发展具有积极的意义。 The study selects and screens out indicators by Behavioral Event Interview and Delphi method,calculates weight by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and establishes a teaching competency quality system of athletic teachers in colleges and universities.The study finds that firstly,the teaching competency quality indicator system of athletic teachers in colleges and universities which includes five first-grade indicators,15 second-grade indicators and 38 third-grade indicators has been established with the classic competency model‘Ice Model’reference and YAAHP software of AHP;secondly,it has positive significance on the promotion of level of performance of athletic teachers in colleges and universities and practices of teaching ability development of athletic teachers in colleges and universities and advancement of education for all-around development and professionalized teaching of PE teachers.
