山东省高校休闲体育专业建设比较研究

Comparative Study on the Construction of Leisure Sports Majors in Colleges and Universities of Shandong Province

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,以山东省内目前开设休闲体育专业的山东体育学院、曲阜师范大学、青岛科技大学3所院校为研究对象,对休闲体育专业人才培养现状进行研究,对比分析休闲体育专业的专业设置、培养目标、课程体系。研究发现:山东省高校休闲体育专业建设存在着诸多问题,例如:培养方案与专业设置不相匹配;专业特色不明显;师资力量匮乏,缺乏专业性;课程设置不合理,缺乏科学性等。山东省开设休闲体育专业的高校应从以下几点进行专业建设:(1)规范专业建设形成专业特色;(2)明确培养目标,确立专业发展方向;(3)立足社会发展需求,建设科学课程体系;(4)拓宽师资建设渠道,打造专业教师队伍。

Using the literature method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method,the three colleges and universities of Shandong Institute of Physical Education,Qufu Normal University and Qingdao University of Science and Technology,which currently offer leisure sports in Shandong Province,are the research objects.The current situation is studied,and the professional setting,training objectives and curriculum system of leisure sports majors are compared and analyzed.The study found that there are many problems in the construction of leisure sports in colleges and universities in Shandong Province.For example,the training program does not match the professional settings;the professional features are not obvious;the teachers are lacking in professionalism;the curriculum is unreasonable and lacks scientificity.The establishment of leisure sports majors in Shandong Province should be professionally constructed from the following points:(1)standardizing professional construction to form professional characteristics;(2)clarifying training objectives,establishing professional development direction;(3)basing on social development needs,and building a scientific curriculum system;(4)Broaden the channels for the construction of teachers and build a team of professional teachers.
