摘要
目的:应用Actigraph GT3X+三轴加速度传感器对以南京体育学院为代表的大学生进行横断面调查研究,测量大学生日常体力活动的能量消耗,了解大学生日常体力活动状况;方法:选取南京体育学院在校大学生70名为研究对象,男生33人,女生37人。运动传感器固定于右侧髋部,连续佩戴1周,每日至少连续佩戴10h,记录体力活动的能量消耗和活动时间,其间要求学生保持正常活动模式;结果:不同性别间的体力活动能量消耗差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),男生7天的总能量消耗及每天的平均值均为普遍低于女生;受试者静态活动时间大于其他强度的时间且几乎所有活动强度均在大强度体力活动以下(P<0.05),各强度的活动时间女生大于男生,且所占百分比也较男生高(P<0.05);休息日较平时日能量消耗明显减少,静态活动累积时间增加,中度体力活动减少;结论:目前男女大学生在校期间的体力活动量较体力活动指南及推荐量不足,特别是大强度的体力活动缺乏明显。体力活动水平存在着明显的性别差异,女生的体力活动量及活动能量消耗优于男生。大学生休息日的活动水平较平时日偏低。
Objective:To measure the energy expenditure and the situation of daily physical activity of the students in Nanjing Sports Institute using the GT3X+plus.Methods:70 College students(33 boys),from grade 1-3 of Nanjing Sports Institute were recruited in this study.Height,Body weight and BMI were measured,and the energy expenditure of physical activity were investigated by GT3X+Accelerometer.Each students wear the Accelerometer in Right Waist for more than 10 hours per day,7 days.Results:There is a significant difference between the energy expenditure of physical activity of boys and girls,cially vigorous of boys are less than girls;time of sedentary is more than the other physical activity,the time of girls each physical activity level are better than boys;students have less physical activity in weekend than weekdays.Conclusions:Most college students have lack of physical activity especially vigorous intensity physical activity,the energy expenditure of girls are better than boys.All college students have less physical activity in weekend than weekdays.
