曲安奈德和透明质酸关节腔内注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis of triamcinolone acetonide and hyaluronic acid intraarticular injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的:分析曲安奈德联合透明质酸关节腔内注射治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法:2019年1-10月收治膝骨关节炎90例,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规曲安奈德注射方式;治疗组在曲安奈德注射的基础上联用透明质酸关节腔内注射。比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组治疗后VAS评分下降情况及Harris评分优于对照组,治疗组总有效率优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后ODI值明显趋势,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:曲安奈德和透明质酸关节腔内注射治疗膝骨关节炎效果明显,能有效缓解患者功能性疼痛且一定程度上提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of triamcinolone acetonide combined with hyaluronic acid intraarticular injection on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:90 cases of knee osteoarthritis were selected from January to October 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups.Routine triamcinolone acetonide injection was used in the control group,in the treatment group,triamcinolone acetonide was injected in combination with hyaluronic acid.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the decrease of VAS score and Harris score of the treatment group were better than the control group,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the value of ODI in the treatment group decreased significantly after treatment,compared with that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intraarticular injection of triamcinolone acetonide and hyaluronic acid in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has obvious effect,which can effectively relieve functional pain and improve quality of life of patients to a certain extent.
