肾囊肿患者超声介入硬化治疗效果的影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors of the effect of ultrasound interventional sclerosis in patients with renal cyst

目的:分析超声介入硬化治疗肾囊肿效果的影响因素。方法:选取2018年4月-2019年3月接受超声介入硬化治疗的患者46例,根据治疗有效性分为有效组和无效组,各23例。分析影响治疗效果的因素。结果:多囊肾、囊液抽吸不彻底、冲洗方式及穿刺针脱出等因素均有可能影响治疗效果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:选择超声介入硬化方案治疗肾囊肿,多种因素均有可能影响最终治疗结果;所以在实际治疗时需要尽可能避免这类因素,避免出现治疗无效的情况。

Objective:To analyze the effect of ultrasound interventional sclerosis on renal cyst.Methods:From April 2018 to March 2019,46 patients who were treated with ultrasound interventional sclerosis were enrolled,according to the effectiveness of the treatment,they were divided into the effective group and the invalid group with 23 cases in each group.The factors that influenced the therapeutic effect were compared.Results:Polycystic kidney,incomplete aspiration of cyst fluid,flushing methods and puncture needle prolapse,etc all could affect the therapeutic effect,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of renal cyst with ultrasound interventional sclerosis,many factors may affect the final treatment result.Therefore,in actual treatment,it is necessary to avoid such factors as much as possible to avoid the situation of ineffective treatment.
