氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗急性轻度脑梗死的效果评价

Evaluation on the effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute mild cerebral infarction

目的:分析氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗急性轻度脑梗死的效果。方法:2017年1月-2019年6月收治急性轻度脑梗死患者102例,随机分为两组,各51例。参照组给予阿司匹林治疗;观察组给予氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗。比较两组患者神经功能缺损评分及临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗2周后神经功能缺损评分低于参照组,观察组临床总有效率高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗急性轻度脑梗死,可改善神经功能缺损情况,临床有效率较高。

Objective:To analyze the effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute mild cerebral infarction.Methods:From January 2017 to June 2019,102 patients with acute mild cerebral infarction were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 51 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with aspirin and the observation group was treated with clopidogrel combined with aspirin.The neurological deficit scores and the clinical efficacy between the two groups were compared.Results:The neurological deficit score of the observation group was lower than the reference group after 2 weeks of treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute mild cerebral infarction,it can improve the neurological deficit and the clinical efficiency is high.
