助视器在儿童低视力门诊的应用效果

To explore the application effect of visual aids in children's low vision clinic

目的:分析助视器在儿童低视力门诊的应用效果。方法:2018年3月-2019年3月收治低视力患儿40例,均进行散瞳验光等常规检查,辅助使用助视器并进行康复训练。训练结束后,观察助视器改善患儿视力的效果。结果:40例患儿中,32例最佳矫正远视力为0.1~<0.3的患儿在使用4X、6X单筒望远镜进行视力康复后,康复总有效率达到93.75%;8例最佳戴镜矫正近视力为0.1~<0.3的患儿分别佩戴2.5X木马放大镜、4X直柄放大镜、3X直柄放大镜以及2.5X直柄放大镜后,康复治疗总有效率达到87.50%。结论:助视器在儿童低视力门诊中有积极应用效果,是帮助患儿提升视力的有效途径。

Objective:To explore the application effect of visual aids in children's low vision clinic.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,40 children with low vision were selected.They all received routine examinations such as mydriatic optometry,assisted use of visual aids for rehabilitation training.After the training,we observed the effect of visual aids in improving children's vision.Results:Among 40 children,after vision rehabilitation with 4X and 6X monocular telescope in 32 children with the best corrected far vision of 0.1 to<0.3,the total effective rate of rehabilitation was 93.75%;After wearing 2.5X trojan magnifier,4X straight handle magnifier,3X straight handle magnifier and 2.5X straight handle magnifier respectively in 8 children with the best near vision corrected by wearing glasses of 0.1 to<0.3,the total effective rate of rehabilitation treatment was 87.50%.Conclusion:The application effect of visual aids in children's low vision clinic is positive,it is an effective way to help children improve their vision.
