金属预成冠修复儿童乳磨牙大面积缺损的临床疗效分析

The clinical effect of metal preformed crown in repairing large area defect of primary molars in children

目的:分析金属预成冠修复治疗乳磨牙大面积缺损患儿的临床可行性与安全性。方法:2017年1月-2018年11月收治乳磨牙大面积缺损患儿120例,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组采用常规固化树脂修复治疗;观察组采用金属预成冠修复治疗。比较两组美学修复满意评分、牙龈指数、菌斑指数、临床效果。结果:观察组PES满意评分与WES满意评分均优于对照组,观察组牙龈指数和菌斑指数低于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:金属预成冠修复治疗乳磨牙大面积缺损患儿的疗效确切,同时牙齿修复美观,满意度高,安全性能好。

Objective:To analyze the clinical feasibility and safety of metal preformed crown in the treatment of large area defect of primary molars.Methods:120 children with large area defect of primary molars were selected from January 2017 to November 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional curing resin repair treatment,the observation group was treated with metal preformed crown.The esthetics restoration satisfaction score,gingival index,plaque index and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results:The PES satisfaction score and WES satisfaction score of the observation group were better than those of the control group.The gingival index and plaque index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the total treatment efficiency of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of metal preformed crown in the treatment of large area defect of primary molars is definite,at the same time,the tooth restoration is beautiful,the satisfaction is high,and the safety performance is good.
