非高脂血症老年高血压患者应用小剂量阿托伐他汀钙治疗对颈动脉粥样硬化影响的临床观察

Clinical observation of the effect of low dose atorvastatin calcium on carotid atherosclerosis in elderly patients with hypertension without hyperlipidemia

目的:探讨非高脂血症老年高血压患者应用小剂量阿托伐他汀钙治疗对颈动脉粥样硬化的疗效。方法:2014年1-12月收治年龄≥65岁非高脂血症高血压患者70例,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组采用标准降压治疗;治疗组采用标准降压联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗。比较两组胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、颈动脉血管斑块长度和厚度。结果:治疗组治疗后斑块长度、TC和LDL-C水平均较治疗前明显降低,且明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非高脂血症老年高血压合并颈动脉粥样硬化患者使用小剂量阿托伐他汀钙可以降低血浆中TC、LDL-C,逆转粥样硬化斑块。

Objective:To investigate the effect of low-dose atorvastatin calcium on carotid atherosclerosis in elderly patients with hypertension without hyperlipidemia.Methods:70 patients with non hyperlipidemic hypertension aged 65 years or older were selected from January to December 2014,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with standard antihypertensive therapy,the treatment group was treated with standard antihypertensive therapy and atorvastatin calcium.Cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),carotid intima-media thickness(IMT),carotid plaque length and thickness were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the plaque length,TC and LDL-C levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low dose atorvastatin calcium can reduce TC,LDL-C in plasma and reverse atherosclerotic plaque in elderly patients with non hyperlipidemic hypertension and carotid atherosclerosis.
