柴胡疏肝散随症加减用于乳腺增生治疗的可行性分析

Feasibility analysis of bupleurum shugan powder with symptoms addition and subtraction in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands

目的:探讨柴胡疏肝散随症加减治疗乳腺增生的可行性。方法:2017年3月-2019年3月收治乳腺增生患者102例,随机分为两组,各51例。对照组实施常规治疗;研究组实施柴胡疏肝散随症加减治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果:研究组治疗后乳房肿块积分、乳房疼痛积分、乳腺X线积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡疏肝散随症加减治疗乳腺增生,能有效缓解患者临床症状,促进疾病好转。

Objective:To explore the feasibility of bupleurum shugan powder with symptoms addition and subtraction in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods:From March 2017 to March 2019,102 cases of hyperplasia of mammary glands were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment and the study group was treated with bupleurum shugan powder with symptoms addition and subtraction.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of lump in breast,breast pain and mammography in the study group were lower than in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bupleurum shugan powder with symptoms addition and subtraction in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands,it can effectively relieve the patients'clinical symptoms and promote the improvement of the disease.
