中药调配临方炮制对临床疗效的影响

Effect of temporary preparation of traditional Chinese medicine formula on clinical efficacy

目的:探讨中药调配临方炮制对临床疗效的影响。方法:选取2018年5月-2019年9月住院患者200例,随机分为两组,各100例。对照组给予传统中药治疗;试验组给予中药临方炮制治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药性能、形体和性质、是否加入辅料及炮制,是影响治疗效果的关键,应在中药调配临方炮制期间,做好深入剖析,于遵医嘱的前提下合理调配中药,增强治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the effect of temporary preparation of traditional Chinese medicine formula on the clinical curative effect.Methods:From May 2018 to September 2019,200 inpatients were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional Chinese medicine treatment,the experimental group was given temporary preparation of traditional Chinese medicine formula treatment.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The function,shape and property of traditional Chinese medicine,whether to add accessories and processing will affect the key effect of the treatment,we should do a good in-depth analysis during the processing of Chinese medicine dispensing,in accordance with the premise of rational allocation of Chinese medicine to enhance the therapeutic effect.
