摘要 目的:分析磁控胶囊内镜在内镜检查中的应用价值。方法:2016年10月-2018年12月收治上消化道疾病患者130例,按不同治疗方式分为两组。传统内镜组实施常规胃镜检查;胶囊内镜组使用磁控胶囊内镜检查。比较两组上消化道疾病检出率、不良反应发生率及检查时间等。结果:两组上消化道疾病检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。胶囊内镜组检查时间较传统内镜组长,不适评分较传统内镜组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。传统内镜组不良反应发生率高于胶囊内镜组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磁控胶囊内镜在内镜检查中使用,可在保证检查准确率基础上,减少患者不良反应,降低患者不适感,临床诊治价值较高。 Objective:To analyze the application value of magnetron capsule endoscopy in endoscopy examination.Methods:From October 2016 to December 2018,130 patients with upper gastrointestinal diseases were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The conventional endoscopy group performed routine gastroscopy;The capsule endoscopy group used magnetron capsule endoscopy.The detection rate,the adverse reaction rate and the examination time of upper gastrointestinal diseases were compared between the two groups.Results:The detection rate of upper gastrointestinal diseases in the two groups was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The examination time of capsule endoscopy group was longer than conventional endoscopy group and the discomfort score was lower than the conventional endoscopy group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in conventional endoscopy group was higher than in capsule endoscopy group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using magnetron capsule endoscopy in endoscopy examination can reduce adverse reactions in patients on the basis of ensuring the accuracy and reduce patients'discomfort,the value of clinical diagnosis and treatment is high.
