多层螺旋CT支气管动脉成像在支气管动脉栓塞治疗大咯血中的应用分析

Application of multi-slice spiral CT bronchial artery imaging in the treatment of massive hemoptysis by bronchial artery embolization

目的:研究应用多层螺旋CT支气管动脉成像在支气管动脉栓塞治疗大咯血中的价值。方法:选取2014年9月-2018年6月行支气管动脉栓塞治疗的大咯血患者60例,治疗前均予以多层螺旋CT支气管动脉成像检查,找到可疑出血动脉及病变动脉,根据患者病情做出准确评估。结果:60例患者临床治愈率为96.67%,多层螺旋CT支气管动脉成像对大咯血责任血管诊断的准确率为90.29%。结论:大咯血行支气管动脉栓塞治疗,合理应用多层螺旋CT支气管动脉成像法,可为患者实施手术提供重要指导并节约手术时间。

Objective:To explore the application value of multi-slice spiral CT bronchial artery imaging in the treatment of massive hemoptysis by bronchial artery embolization.Methods:From September 2014 to June 2018,60 patients with massive hemoptysis treated with bronchial artery embolization were selected,before treatment,they all received multi-slice spiral CT bronchial artery imaging to find suspected bleeding artery and diseased artery and make accurate evaluation according to the patient's condition.Results:The clinical cure rate of 60 patients was 96.67%,the accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT bronchial artery imaging in the diagnosis of the responsible blood vessel of massive hemoptysis was 90.29%.Conclusion:In the treatment of massive hemoptysis with bronchial artery embolization,the reasonable application of multi-slice spiral CT bronchial artery imaging can provide important guidance and save operation time.
