CT与磁共振技术在股骨头坏死诊断中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the application value of CT and magnetic resonance technique in the diagnosis of necrosis of femoral head

目的:分析CT与磁共振技术在股骨头坏死诊断中的应用价值。方法:2017年4月-2019年5月收治股骨头坏死患者82例,随机分为两组,各41例。参照组采用CT检查;试验组采用磁共振技术检查。比较两组ARCO分级准确率及股骨头坏死显示率。结果:试验组各时期ARCO分级准确率及股骨头坏死显示率均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:股骨头坏死患者于临床接受疾病诊断期间,磁共振技术检查方案的拟定与应用,利于ARCO分级准确率及股骨头坏死显示率的显著提升,最终可促进患者有效治疗及早期转归。

Objective:To analyze the application value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of necrosis of femoral head.Methods:From April 2017 to May 2019,82 patients with necrosis of femoral head were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases in each group.The reference group was examined by CT and the experimental group was examined by magnetic resonance technique.The accuracy of ARCO classification and the display rate of necrosis of the femoral head were compared between the two groups.Results:The accuracy of ARCO classification and the display rate of necrosis of the femoral head for each period in the experimental group were higher than in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The formulation and application of MRI technique in patients with necrosis of femoral head during the clinical diagnosis of the disease is beneficial to the improvement of the accuracy of ARCO grading and the display rate of necrosis of femoral head,which can eventually promote the effective treatment and early outcome of patients.
