医护一体化护理模式在骨科患者术后快速康复中的应用价值分析

The application value of the integrated nursing mode of doctors and nurses in the rapid rehabilitation of orthopedic patients after operation

目的:分析医护一体化护理模式在骨科患者术后快速康复中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年4月骨科患者114例,随机分为两组,各57例。参照组接受常规模式护理;试验组接受医护一体化护理模式。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组住院时间及疼痛量表(VAS)评分低于参照组,护理满意度及日常生活能力(ADL)评分高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医护一体化护理模式在骨科患者术后快速康复中的应用价值极高,可有效缓解患者疼痛程度,缩短住院时间,对于提升患者生活质量水平有积极作用。

Objective:To explore the application value of the integrated nursing mode of doctors and nurses in the rapid rehabilitation of orthopedic patients after operation.Methods:From January 2018 to April 2019,114 orthopedic patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 57 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing mode,and the experimental group was given integrated nursing mode of doctors and nurses.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the hospitalization time and score of pain(VAS)was lower than that of the control group,and the score of nursing satisfaction and ADL was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of the integrated nursing mode of doctors and nurses in the rapid rehabilitation of orthopedic patients after operation is high,it can effectively alleviate the pain of patients,shorten the length of stay,and plays a positive role in improving the quality of life.
