优质护理管理模式在内科护理管理中的应用探讨

Discussion on the application of quality nursing management model in internal medicine nursing management

目的:探讨优质护理管理模式在内科护理管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年2月在内科进行治疗的患者180例,随机分为两组各90例。传统组采用常规护理措施;优质组采用优质护理方式。比较两组护理满意度及不良事件发生率。结果:优质组护理满意度显著高于传统组,不良事件发生率显著低于传统组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理管理模式在内科护理管理中具有较为良好的应用效果,可以显著降低不良事件发生率,确保患者得到良好的护理。

Objective:To explore the application effect of quality nursing management model in medical nursing management.Methods:From March 2018 to February 2019,180 patients who treated in internal medicine were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 90 cases in each group.The conventional nursing measures were adopted in the traditional group and the quality nursing methods were adopted in the quality group.The nursing satisfaction and the rate of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the quality group was significantly higher than the traditional group and the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than the traditional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality nursing management model has good application effect in medical nursing management,which can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events,ensure that patients receive good nursing care.
