规范化护理流程在深静脉导管相关感染患儿中的应用价值探讨

Application value of standardized nursing process in children with deep vein catheter related infection

目的:探讨对深静脉导管相关感染患儿实施规范化护理流程后的应用价值。方法:2017年1月-2019年6月收治深静脉导管相关感染患儿50例,随机分为两组各25例。研究组采用规范化护理流程;比对组采用常规护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组非计划性拔管率、感染率、并发症发生率及家属满意度均优于比对组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对深静脉导管相关感染患儿使用规范化护理流程,患儿家长满意度得到有效提高,降低了感染率,减少了并发症的发生。

Objective:To explore the application value of standardized nursing process in children with deep vein catheter related infection.Methods:From January 2017 to June 2019,50 children with deep vein catheter-related infection were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 25 cases in each.The study group was given standardized nursing process;the control group was given routine nursing.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:In the study group,unplanned extubation rate,infection rate,complication rate and family satisfaction were all better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the standardized nursing process for children with deep vein catheter-related infection,the satisfaction of their parents can be effectively improved,the infection rate can be reduced,and the occurrence of complications can be reduced.
