社区开展预防接种与儿童保健健康教育的重要性分析

Analysis of the importance of community health education for child care and vaccination

目的:分析社区开展预防接种与儿童保健健康教育的重要性。方法:选取2017年9月-2018年11月接受体检儿童244例,随机分为两组,各122例。对照组给予常规健康教育;试验组给予社区预防接种与儿童保健健康教育。比较两组接种情况、家长知识掌握程度及满意度。结果:试验组儿童接种率、家长满意度、儿童保健知识评分与预防接种知识评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区开展预防接种与儿童保健健康教育可使儿童接种率提高,并提高家长对预防接种知识与儿童保健知识的掌握程度,有利于儿童健康成长。

Objective:To analyze the importance of vaccination and child care education in community.Methods:From September 2017 to November 2018,244 children who received physical examination were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 122 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education and the experimental group was given community vaccination and child care education.The vaccination status,the degree of knowledge and satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:Children's vaccination rate,parents'satisfaction,children's health knowledge score and vaccination knowledge score in the experimental group were higher than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Children's vaccination and child care education in the community can improve the rate of children's vaccination and improve the mastery of parents'knowledge of vaccination and child care education,which is beneficial to the healthy growth of children.
